The Wooden Series – Tiny I. Formicarium is a real European walnut wood ant farm. Our distinctive color walnut wood comes from Europe. This is our smallest possible wood nest so we recommend it for colonies with only a few workers. Great for the start of your ant keeping adventure. Suitable for small, medium and large body size species. We impregnate the wood with natural linseed oil to bring out its texture and color.

As the formicarium is made of real wood and is recommended for wood nesting species, a separate humidification hole is deliberately not provided in the formicarium. The necessary humidification and wetting for the species will be done by the colony.

• Connecting tube for moving the colony
• Cut to size plexiglass, if the original needs to be replaced
