Ant Colony Return
If you no longer wish to claim your purchased colony, please let us know by e-mail and we will take it from you. The important thing is that you have to arrange the delivery to us. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, you can only take delivery of the colony, no money will be paid. It is very important that species that are not native to Hungary are strictly forbidden to be released, so return is particularly important here.
14-day right of withdrawal
According to the Hungarian 45/2014. (II. 26.) Gov. Regulation 22. § – If you withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the order, we will refund the full amount paid by you as consideration, including any costs incurred in connection with the performance, including delivery charges, within fourteen days of becoming aware of your withdrawal. Please note that this provision does not apply to the additional costs caused by choosing a mode of transport other than the least costly usual mode of transport. Az You will be directly responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to our address. It is important to note that you are responsible for the depreciation resulting from the use of the Goods beyond the use necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised or can only be exercised subject to conditions under the applicable legislation, the right of trial use is not granted.
You may not exercise your right of withdrawal under the provisions of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) Regulation 29. §. (1), inter alia:
- for non-prefabricated Goods that we have produced on your instructions or at your express request, or for Goods that we have clearly personalised (for example, a product with a unique colour);
- perishable or short-lived Goods (e.g. food);
