Each package contains a coupon code, depending on the duration, which can be activated when a certain number of orders are placed (1 month – 1 item; 3 months – 3 items; 6 months – 6 items; 12 months – 12 items). The coupon code gives a percentage discount on the total amount of the order, regardless of whether the order already contains a discounted product or not.

With every membership subscription, the Customer receives a gift for every order. This could be a drinker, a piece of equipment, a device or even a formicarium.

We will endeavour to deliver all orders placed by a subscribed Customer to the selected courier service as soon as possible, and in 99% of cases of Gold Membership, we will dispatch the order on the same day (applies to orders dispatched by 12.00 for products in stock, except for pre-orders, on weekdays).

Each Subscriber will be entitled to get certain percentage discounts on the delivery costs. The higher the subscription package, the bigger the discount on the delivery fee. The discount will be available in the form of a coupon and can be activated in the shopping cart for the delivery fee.
